The description was accurate enough. I’ve had listings make things sound a lot better than they actually are, but this one was close to what I got.

I don’t know if I was just missing something obvious, but I had a really hard time finding what I was looking for on the website. It felt way more confusing than it should’ve been

I ordered my normal size, but it was way tighter than I expected and just felt awkward on. The return process was fine, no big issue there, but the sizing info really need to be more clear

I ordered from RTS Tactical and the gear itself seemed okay overall, but I just didn’t feel like it matched the price. At first I thought it was going to be reasonable, but this is where it got annoying: once shipping and the extra costs were added in, the total jumped up quickly. For what I paid, I was expecting the quality to feel a bit better. It’s not awful by any means, but unless there’s a really good sale, I probably wouldn’t order again.

At first I was a little worried it might be awkward to move around, but it’s actually not too heavy at all. I felt relieved once I started using it because it moves smoothly. Nothing fancy, but I’m happy with it overall.

I had a question about my order and didn’t expect to hear anything until the next day, if that. But they replied within a couple hours, which was a nice surprise.
The person actually answered what I asked and even checked on something before getting back to me. I’m usually skeptical with customer support because it can feel scripted, but this didn’t really have that copy-paste vibe.
It made the whole order feel a lot less stressful. I guess I didn’t expect to be impressed, but the support was genuinely good, and I’d probably buy from them again

I had to follow up twice before anything really moved, but they did sort out my warranty in the end. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just slower than I expected. The annoying part was that the terms seemed to change along the way, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

My order from rtstactical.com showed up in better shape than I expected. The box felt sturdy, the tape was actually done right, and I didn’t have to deal with anything sliding around or looking beat up when I opened it.

The item was padded well and came out clean with no dents or weird damage, which is really all I care about when I’m spending my money. It’s a small thing, but I definitely notice when a company ships my stuff like they actually want it to arrive safely

Well... I’m giving this 4 stars because my order from RTS Tactical showed up exactly as expected. All the sizes and items matched what I picked, which was definitely a relief. Shipping was a little slower than I was hoping for, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, it was a easy order and there wasn’t anything wrong or missing in the box.

I’ve used my RTS gear for a few range days now, and the stitching has held up good. No loose threads so far, even around the straps where I expected it might start showing wear. There’s just something about it that feels solid. Happy with it up to this point.

My order did eventually show up, and the product itself was totally fine. The frustrating part was the delivery dates kept changing, and the tracking didn’t really tell me anything useful for a few days. I also reached out and felt like nobody actually read what I wrote, which made the whole thing more annoying. Just wish the shipping and communication had been more reliable.

I’m not 100% sure yet, but so far it seems mostly legit. I was bracing myself for some kind of disaster, but nothing crazy has happened, so that’s a relief. I’m still watching it like a hawk though, because my trust issues are working overtime

I was hoping this would be better. The idea is decent, but the material feels cheaper than I expected, and some of the stitching looks uneven. It’s fine if you’re only using it lightly, but for the price, I thought it would feel sturdier and better made. Not the worst purchase ever, just kind of disappointing.

I’ve been using this helmet for a bit now and it feels really solid and well made, like it actually gives me some confidence when I put it on, and so far I haven’t had any complaints at all.

Trying to do an exchange turned into way more of a hassle than I expected. It took forever, and every time I reached out to support, I felt like I was just being passed from one person to another without anyone really helping me. Frustrating experience overall.

Got this vest from RTS Tactical it’s comfortable once you get it adjusted right. I wore it around for a few hours and it didn’t dig into my shoulders like I thought it might, so that was a nice surprise tbh. The padding feels solid and the fit stayed put the whole time.
I’m giving it 4 stars because it did take a little messing around with the straps to get it sitting how I wanted. It also runs a bit warm, but lol that’s kinda expected with this type of gear. Overall, I’m happy with it and the comfort is def better than I expected.

I stopped in with a few basic questions, the staff didn’t seem all that confident with the answers. A couple of the responses felt like they were kind of guessing, and I had to repeat myself more than once, which got a little irritating.

They weren’t rude or anything, so I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience. I just expected someone to have a better handle on things before I bought anything, and I left feeling like I probably needed to double-check everything somewhere else.

I wasn’t really expecting much with the shipping, but my order showed up in two days. So yeah, I have to admit, that was quick.

RTS Tactical was easy to deal with. They kept me updated the whole way, and whenever I had a question, they got back to me fast. I hate when you order something and then it just feels like it disappears, but that didn’t happen here. Everything was clear, I knew what was going on, and that’s all I really needed. Good experience overall

Ordering was simple and the site worked fine for me. The checkout page loaded quickly, though the shipping options did take a moment to appear. Nothing major, though. Overall it was a good experience, and I’d probably use the site again.
